Well known Nigeria Female singer and songwriter Aituaje Aina Vivian Iruobe, popularly known by her stage name Waje, to quit music because of lack of Funds to promote her music.
Waje posted to her social handle a 12min video clips of herself saying.

"maybe it's fair to give it a rest and try something new, I can't released an album after everybody has been shouting and saying, Waje the last album you dropped was five years ago. All those that were shouting, saying this and saying that where are they?"
She continue.
" I don't have any money for Publicity, Emerald my child's school fee is there. It's only my music that is taking all my money every single time. I would rather invest my money in other profitable business instead of music that isn't helping financial needs"
In the year 2018 Waje released her most anticipated second album titled Red Velvet, five years after her debut album Waje.
I was not impressed at all with the low monetary turnout from the albums and I was extremely disappointed because people demanded for the release, she said.

Along with her close friend Omawumi Waje was recently featured in a movie, how ever it's not expected she will quit the entertainment industry entirely,we will still need to keep our ears and eyes open, paying more attention to her, if her decisions is to quit totally..
The movie which she was featured was title She is #SheIsTheMovie was produced by Hermanes Media, Hermanes Media was founded by Waje and Omowunmi, Hermanes media provide services such as TV Adverts, film / TV production, content curation, brand event activation, and creative digital marketing.
Waje has a foundation called Safe House, which she have collaborated with different organization on their projects, the foundation was founded in the year 2012, 1st of October, so she has something else apart from music.
