Mavin boss, Don Jazzy has appealed to the federal government of Nigeria to legalise Cannabis 'weeed' farming. 

The music mogul made this known via his Twitter page on Thursday, 3rd-October-2019.

According to musician, the government should be able to make the business environment conducive for those who would want to go into cannabis farming.

"Regulatory bodies can be established at the federal or state level to give licenses and rules to interested weed cultivators who should be made to adhere to enacted guidelines. #VoiceOfTheDon," he tweeted.

Don Jazzy didn't end there as he went on to express his shock at the redundancy and vagueness of the existing drug and narcotics acts in the country.

"The Dangerous Drugs Act of 1935, the Indian Hemp Act of 1966 and the NDLEA & NAFDAC Act amended in 2004 are very vague and need to be reviewed by the National Assembly. #VoiceOfTheDon," he tweeted.

They had shared a post about the large disparity between the National Assembly budget and that of the education ministry.

"Thanks @BudgITngThere are 469 legislative seats in the National Assembly.

Can someone make me understand why these legislators need many aides to work for them and why they should be on the govt's payroll? How long should we continue spending on inessentials? #Voiceofthedon," Don Jazzy tweeted.

Don Jazzy thinks the allocation for the National Assembly in Nigeria is ludicrous, It didn't end there as he went on to troll the federal government over its failure to improve the educational system because of the position of Nigerian universities in rankings of top schools in Africa.
