According to ESPN, Barcelona will return with third offer for Neymar and it is believed that Spanish club will offer Ousmane Dembele as a make weight in attempt to convince Paris Saint-Germain to sell.
Barcelona had seen two bids turned down for Neymar, left the club for France in a world record €222M transfer in the year 2017.
The first offer which includes €80m, Philippe Coutinho and Ivan Rakitic was rejected by Paris Saint-Germain PSG.
Ahead of a permanent move next summer, in a deal which would have been worth around €190m, the ligue 1 champions turned down the Request to take him on a loan for the season.
The transfer window to close in less than two weeks which will be on the 2nd of September 2019, an offer to suit PSG, Barcelona are set to come up with.
