Paul Pogba really isn't helping this situation... His brother has claimed he wants to leave, he is now promoting the interview on his instagram

Manchester United star Paul Pogba has posted a cryptic response to his brother’s claim that he is desperate to join Real Madrid.

Mathias Pogba, who plays for Spanish fourth division side CD Manchego, gave an interview to El Chiringuito on Thursday in which he claimed his brother was waiting on a move to the Bernabeu.

he said.

‘My brother is missing [at Real Madrid] and I think he [Zidane] needs another midfielder,’ said Mathias Pogba.

‘Of course Florentino [Perez] can get him, nothing is impossible in life.

'I don’t think he’s worth 200 million, but now the football world is like that, Manchester are going to ask for a lot, but not 200.

‘It’s a delicate situation but the player has his personal goals, if you have to leave, well, that’s it. Mathias Pogba confirmed his brother wants to join Real Madrid.

Pogba stated his desire for a ‘new challenge’ in June but United value him at £150m and are to receive a bid anywhere near that region for the Frenchman.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has promised to build his side around the former Juventus man but Pogba appears to have reaffirmed his desire to move by posting a photo of his brother’s interview on his Instagram account.

Pogba tagged his brother in the post and chose a particularly suggestive screenshot of Mathias during his interview on Spanish television.

Mathias is seen to be grinning and has also been tagged in the picture.

It is no doubt a suggestive image for Paul to select given the context of the upload.

Despite arriving for £89m from Juve in 2016 - a world-record at the time - the France international has frustrated and delighted United fans in equal measure, leading to rumours of an exit from the club.

A return to Turin has also been suggested, though links with Madrid have always been more pertinent.

Nevertheless, Los Blancos coach Zinedine Zidane refused to be drawn on the matter when quizzed about a deal for Pogba.
